Funny thing is, Trump seems to have pointed his retribution towards
the republican party for not installing him for a second term
with his backing of the dem position on bigger covid checks.

Trump can only refuse to sign or veto the bill for ten days, if
Trump does neither it automatically becomes law. But ONLY
if Congress is in session during that ten day countdown.

If Congress leaves before ten days it becomes a pocket veto and
the legislation dies unless overridden by Congress.

SO Trump is forcing Congress to stay in session over the holidays.

Talk about a grinch.

But I'm all for the bigger checks, go Trump! For once he's doing
something positive even if it's just out of spite to pay back
the repubs for accepting the election results.
